Import a report
Upload a “Complaint Monitoring System — Status Wise Complaints” PDF. The depot is auto-detected from the report header. Existing complaint numbers are skipped automatically, so re-uploading the same or an overlapping export only adds the new records.

⏳ Upload pending-complaints PDF
Open pending dashboardUpload the CMWSSB “Pending Complaint Details” export. This feeds the separate Pending dashboard only — the main complaint history is not touched. Each upload deletes the previous pending snapshot entirely, so the dashboard always shows the latest report. The “as on” date and pending days are read from the PDF itself.
⚠ Danger zone — delete all data
Removes every imported complaint and the import history so you can start fresh (e.g. before uploading the combined all-depot PDF). Depot names/areas are kept. This cannot be undone.
