With reference to the above, a leakage has been identified in the water distribution main at {{location}} ({{junction}}) under the jurisdiction of Depot {{depot_no}}, Area {{area}}. The leakage is resulting in significant wastage of treated drinking water and continuous seepage on the carriageway poses a high risk of contamination of the supply.
